Contributions should be sent as email attachments. Please attach non-text material and the author’s short biography as separate files.

In your email, please indicate clearly:

• First/Given Name
• Surname/Family name
• Title (e.g., Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss, Dr, Prof.)
• Type of Contribution (e.g., Article, Book Review, Conference Report, etc.)
• Authors may suggest up to five or six scholars with expertise in the specific field of the manuscript. Please provide their institutional affiliations and email addresses. The editors will treat this information as illustrative of potential audiences.
